This study includes the preparation number of new Mannich bases derived from one mole p-hydroxybenzaldehyde with equivalent moles of morpholine and primary amines in the ethanol as a solvent. The prepared Mannich bases were characterized by the infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance for proton and carbon-13 (1H NMR and 13C-{1H} NMR). The completion of the reaction was checked by using TLC.
