These samples that were tested quality of North Gas Company (NGC).The tests carried out were the determination of PH value, dissolved solids, hardness, ion concentrations and electrical conductivity.
The results showed that the collected samples were free from bacterial contamination, as well as some properties exceeded the permissible limits and others were within limits. As a general conclusion, Kirkuk network water was better than its surrounding regions. Some wells in Alton Kopry and Daquq were acceptable for human use whereas others required chemical treatment.
