دراسة اثر بعض مرکبات الایض الخلوی فی تقلیل الاثر الضار لعناصر الرصاص، الحدید، النحاس و الزنک المتراکمة حیویا فی حصول نباتی الیوکالبتوس والدفلة على المغذیات.

الملخص

أجری هذا البحث لبیان تأثیر قدرة بعض نواتج الأیض الأولی (البروتینات و الکربوهیدرات) والثانوی (الفینولات) فی الحد من الأثار السلبیة للتراکم الحیوی لبعض العناصر الثقیلة (الحدید، الرصاص، النحاس و الزنک) فی تجهیز النیتروجین الکلی، الفسفور الکلی و البوتاسیوم الکلی لعینات من نباتی الیوکالبتوس و الدفلة المزروعة فی طرق مدینة کرکوک. جمعت عینات النباتین و التربة من ثمان مواقع ابتداء من أذار 2018 ولغایة شباط 2019 فصلیا. عناصر الرصاص، الحدید و النحاس تراکمت فی عینات سیقان نبات الدفلة بمعدلات أعلى تقریبا(الرصاص 0.35جزء بالملیون، الحدید 0.802 جزء بالملیون و النحاس 0.12 جزء بالملیون) من تراکمها فی عینات سیقان نبات الیوکالبتوس(الرصاص 0.3 جزء بالملیون، الحدید 0.646 جزء بالملیون و النحاس 0.091 جزء بالملیون) بینما المعدل المتراکم من عنصر الزنک 0.226 جزء بالملیون المسجل فی عینات نبات الیوکالبتوس قارب معدله المسجل 0.221 جزء بالملیون فی عینات سیقان نبات الدفلة. امتصاص الفسفور الکلی تأثر سلبا فی عینات سیقان کلا النباتین بینما النیتروجین الکلی و البوتاسیوم الکلی لم یتأثرا کون معدل تراکیزهما فی النباتین (النیتروجین الکلی فی عینات نباتات الیوکالبتوس 1.599 جزء بالملیون و 1.82 جزء بالملیون فی عینات نباتات الدفلة و البوتاسیوم الکلی فی عینات نباتات الیوکالبتوس 63.468 جزء بالملیون و62.787 جزء بالملیون فی عینات نباتات الدفلة) أعلى من معدل تراکیزهما فی عینات التربة (النیتروجین الکلی 0.577 جزء بالملیون والبوتاسیوم الکلی 47.16 جزء بالملیون). عینات نبات الدفلة أظهر کفاءة أعلى من خلال تراکم أعلى معدل لتراکیز أغلب العناصر الثقیلة فی عیناتها دون التأثیر سلبا على امتصاص وتجهیز أغلب المغذیات مقارنة بعینات نبات الیوکالبتوس الذی کان أقل مراکمة لأغلب العناصر الثقیلة و المغذیات النباتیة. معدل قیم البروتین الکلی و المرکبات الفینولیة المشخصة فی عینات نبات الیوکالبتوس(Chlorogenic acid, Catechin, P-coumaric acid, Benzoic acid, Cinnamic acid, Genistic acid, Kaempferol and Quercetin) وفی نبات الدفلة(Chlorogenic acid, Catechin, P-coumaric acid, Benzoic acid, Cinnamic acid, Genistic acid, Kaempferol, Quercetin, Rutin, Ferulic acid and Epigallocatchein) وفرت خطوط  دفاعیة فعالة لحصول عینات النباتین على احتیاجاتها من المغذیات دون التأثر سلبا بالقیم المتراکمة من العناصر الثقیلة.
